I'd like to draw your attention to the process for asking questions seeking clarification of any details in the document. Please send questions to controller@icann.org <mailto:controller@icann.org> by 4 November so that we can provide you answers in good time for you to make use for them in your responses. We will respond by 18 November.
As we did for ICANN's FY17 plans, we will publish the questions and our responses in the Comment Forum. We will also write to this list.
