I noted that but assumed that daylight time was meant since it is now in effect throughout virtually all of North America. If not, please advise.

I can't get the Doodle poll to switch to Daylight Saving Time; it only allows Eastern Standard Time for me? Can you adjust the Doodle to allow the conversion to Daylight Saving Time? As a number of participants have already responded, are they clear that the time slots they voted for/against are not necessarily when ICANN hopes to conduct the meeting?
