on today's CWG IANA call, I asked the CWG's Chair about times at which those present in Istanbul could attend external conference calls. The Chair strongly recommended that there be no calls at all, even at Istanbul evening local time, since the evening are likely to be filled by additional meetings as needed. As you understand, CWG & CCWG have a significant priority over any other process at ICANN so I'm afraid I've had to mark the doodle as unavailable on the days I'll be in Istanbul. I'll listen to the recording, if unable to attend. Kindest regards,

Chuck, Yes but we did not want to delay the budget timeline as a result of the Istanbul meetings. We will provide options that are accessible at Istanbul times (end of afternoon and evenings) and the sessions recordings will be available as well (we will provide the links).
