Thanks very much for sharing this, Michele. It would be interesting to see how many participants begin by participating in the NextGen programme, then subsequently serve as an ambassador, and then become a fellow three times, a fellow coach another three times, then a senior fellow coach three times, and sometimes then a booth lead where they staff the ICANN information booth. The NextGen and fellowship programmes are meant to be separate and distinct, and I find it problematic how there is an increasing overlap of participants between the two tracks. I'm not sure this tool captures that, but maybe I was using it incorrectly.
