[council] presentations from ICANN for GNSO meetings

Hello all, I would suggest we ask ICANN staff to provide us with the materials of the future ICANN presentations (slides) for GNSO meetings at least one day in advance of GNSO Council meeting to avoid the situations like we had today where the valuable time was spent to read aloud the slides instead of having a meaningful discussion. I think such request would follow our SPS discussions about productivity and effectiveness.
