This updated version describes a change in how supported constituent stakeholder travelers may book transportation to/from an ICANN Meeting starting with the 40th ICANN Meeting in North America in San Francisco, California this coming March 2011. A public session will be held at the ICANN Meeting in Cartagena in December to discuss the changes. Also posted on the same webpage is the Travel Summary for Cartagena. This document is updated and posted prior to each ICANN meeting, and provides the guidelines for that particular meeting on travel costs and expenses per supported constituency.
