I believe a renewal should be after 1 consecutive 2-year term as a renewal after the 2 consecutive 2-year terms will violate the term limit. Before you panic 🙂, I just added: a) The term of the Liaison (which was changed two years ago to 2-years); b) There is now a term limit of 2-consecutive terms c) Rather than coordinating with GAC Leadership, the Liaison coordinates with the GAC Point of Contact d) One of the responsibilities of the Liaison and the GAC Point of Contact is to develop a preliminary agenda for any planned GAC/GNSO Bilaterals. This preliminary agenda is finalized during a GAC/GNSO Leadership Call, and then sent out to the Council (and the GAC Point of Contact sends it to the GAC membership).
