OSC Report for Council 23 Jul 09 GNSO Council Operations WT (GCOT) * SOI/DOI documents in ICANN staff legal review * Council Rules of Procedure: Working on Quorum and Voting language requirements * In Progress: Have identified next areas of work for Rules of Procedure. GNSO Constituency/SG Operations WT (CSG WT) * Feedback deadline from constituencies regarding a toolkit of in kind services for constituencies and SGs is the end of July. * Feedback was obtained from most constituencies in Sydney regarding the idea of a database of constituency/SG members and contacts. * Constituency and SG charters are being analyzed to identify best practices. Communications WT * A comprehensive document of Business Requirements for GNSO Replacement Website was produced with lots of support from ICANN web design experts that has been sent to the OSC members for review and comment. * Information regarding other tasks the WT is performing is expected shortly.
