Wouldn't it be much simpler and straigthforward to have the nominations and then the secondments posted directly to the list? What do you think?

That matches past practice. I recommend simply sending to the Council list with an explicit copy to the GNSO Secretariat. There are sometimes delivery delays with the Council mailing list. Regards, Bruce Tonkin
