The method of the review needs to be determined by the ccNSO and GNSO, and the findings of the review must be published on the Website. On behalf of the ccNSO and GNSO Councils, we are pleased to inform you that the ccNSO and GNSO have determined the method of the Effectiveness Review by adopting the TEMPLATE Second CSC EFFECTIVENESS REVIEW, as included. The ccNSO Council passed the resolution online; it became effective on 26 August 2021 and the GNSO Council passed the relevant resolution on 19 August 2021.
