As stated in the comments: The NCSG strongly recommends that the GNSO Council endorse those recommendations made by the CWG that constituted Full Consensus and Consensus in the CWG, and consider as soon as possible a GNSO position on those recommendations that were the subject of Strong Support within the CWG.
