This is very helpful and I am impressed by the work and effort that went into this output! I like MS Project and you choosed the right tool. It helped me a lot to understand the workload and action/decision points. Not that I am familiar with all topics of course 😊 I was wondering of it would be possible for org to send around a printed version of the Program Tool in A3 format. I know we live in digital times but it may help some of us (me in particular) to have a quick and easy view on the progress and possible impact on all action/decision points. Just a thought.
