[council] GNSO Appointee of Non-Registry Liaison to the Customer Standing Committee

Hi all, As a reminder, we have an action item to appoint a Non-Registry Liaison to the CSC. During our regular May Council call, we were joined by the current appointee, James Gannon, who has expressed his interest and willingness to serve for a second term. During that call, James gave us a brief overview of the workload, expectations and his experience. Having seen no other expressions of interest or Council discussion on the topic, I recommend the GNSO Council re-appoint James to a second term. I think his experience will be helpful in providing continuity to the CSC. If anyone disagrees, please advise ASAP. Thanks in advance, Keith
