[council] request for Staff update re domain tasting

      Hi,

Before our meeting next Thursday, could Staff please update Council with
respect to the budget initiative requested by the ICANN Board to address
domain tasting?  I understand there have been discussions between Staff and
the Registrars Constituency, but am not aware of the substance or outcome of
those discussions.
