I will take this one, as amended by your further email, and put it on the motion page on the wiki in place of the motion you originally offered. This motion will still be listed as the alternate motion as it is not in the form of an amendment to Mike's motion but rather a rewrite of Tim's motion. While I too would prefer to have only one motion on the table at the meeting, it is Mike's prerogative, having put his motion in first to have a vote taken on his motion before the motion from Tim et al.
