[council] Motion to defer PSR on Expiration Policies

Dear Councilors, Please see the attached motion to defer the request for a Policy Status Report on Expiration Policies. We have put it on the voting agenda for our May meeting. Based on feedback in April's meeting, we have changed the deferral time period from five years to two. To date, we have not received an update from IPC with a rationale for requesting a PSR sooner. But please note that this motion does not prevent any SG from requesting a PSR before the two year deferral period ends. Thanks, Greg
