[council] Proposed IRTP Part B Final Report Published

Dear All, For your information, the proposed IRTP Part B Final Report has been published and the public comment forum is open until 31 March (see http://www.icann.org/en/announcements/announcement-21feb11-en.htm and http://www.icann.org/en/public-comment/public-comment-201103-en.htm#irtp-b-p...). The IRTP Part B WG is scheduled to provide an overview of the report and the recommendations to the GNSO Council during its weekend session in San Francisco. With best regards, Marika
