Hello All, With respect to conflicts and CEO search update. There will be public sessions where the Board and staff will provide an update on current progress on both of these topics. However it would be useful to use the time for the Board to hear from Council members on concrete suggestions for improvements to conflicts policies, and criteria for the search process. e.g what mechanisms do law firms have in place for their staff that are working on sensitive projects, to stop them leaving and working for one of the parties that have been involved in a legal dispute etc. Regards, Bruce Tonkin
