Thanks Lucy for your effort in an attempt to reply to my question. However, I'm still not sure if this addresses my lack of information. I seem to know what WIPO is, and I have a bunch of guesses for DRP (one of which is dispute resolution policy?) and for IGOs (one of which is inter-governmental organizations?), but I still don't understand why GNSO Council has a briefing about the "Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property" on a call at this point in time, and not even (based on your answer) who is concerned with developing a DRP for IGOs and what could be the business of the council in this, if any. This refers to WIPO-II and concerns whether or not there is a legal basis for developing a DRP for IGOs.

Hello Bruce,
Maybe this is relevant only for those who were not in Wellington: could we have a couple of sentences as to why we're having item 3 on the agenda? thanks, Mawaki
