Dear Councilors, During the ICANN80 Council Wrap-up Session<https://icann80.sched.com/event/1dr4t/gnso-council-wrap-up>, Kurt raised the topic of board readiness and volunteered to work with a small group of interested councilors to look into what steps the Council can take to ensure the policy recommendations it approves are board-ready.
