Having sought voting instructions from our Constituency, some potential concerns with the operation of these policies were raised which might indicate that a Policy Status Report on these two policies ought to be conducted after all. We would like the time to explore these concerns more fully and, if appropriate, share them with Council for consideration and discussion, before we are obliged to vote on the Motion. We hope that a short delay on this Motion won't be problematic, before we potentially vote to defer a PSR for up to five years. Happy to discuss.
