Dear Councilors, Following up on Philippe’s message below, please find attached for your review the proposed GNSO Council Recommendations Report to the ICANN Board, on the five Full Consensus recommendations that the Council approved at your meeting last month. As Philippe noted, approval of the report will be on the consent agenda for your upcoming meeting on 21 July. Under the Bylaws, GNSO Council approval and transmission of a Recommendations Report to the Board is the required next step procedurally for GNSO Council-approved policy recommendations, prior to Board consideration of the recommendations.
