To colleagues who do not have free calls to USA toll free numbers: You will notice that the GNSO Council Teleconference is using a new service with new dial in numbers, including a USA Toll Free Number 888-XXX-XXX. You can make a free VoIP call to this number using Free World Dialup (FWD) http://www.freeworldialup.com. After registering with FWD, you dial *1 888-XXX-XXX http://www.freeworldialup.com/content/view/full/333/. You can use a softphone, hardphone or analogue telephone adaptor of your choice.
