Please find the representatives selected by the GNSO Constituencies and the ALAC liaison to the WHOIS Task Forces voted on at the Carthage meeting at:
http://gnso.icann.org/issues/whois-privacy/taskforce-reps.shtml It is good to see that each task force has representation. The issue of adding additional reps etc will be discussed in the council call this week. The next issue following the council meeting will be for each task force to meet and select a task force chair.
From the ICANN by-laws:
"Appointment of Task Force Chair. The Staff Manager shall convene the first meeting of the task force within five (5) calendar days after receipt of the Charter. At the initial meeting, the task force members will, among other things, vote to appoint a task force chair. The chair shall be responsible for organizing the activities of the task force, including compiling the Task Force Report. The chair of a task force need not be a member of the Council."
