[council] SPS agenda

I know this is a bit late in the game, but would it somehow be possible to adjust the agenda (maybe by skipping an email break) to start an hour later on Friday? Some of us would be interested to see the PIR demonstration planned for 9:00 AM at the ICANN office. OK, it might be a bit early in the day for popcorn, but... Who knows, maybe some of us might want to join the demonstration. Julf
