Thanks Zahid for volunteering and Jeff for responding. Agreed, we need an agreed set of parameters to work with and that the GAC buys into as well. I'll aim to put some thoughts down today as to where we are currently as well as the additional steps we need to take. It will be good to get the dialogue going on this with a view to resolving it and appointing a liaison (assuming we go ahead with it) at or around Buenos Aires.
