Michael Your recollection is incorrect. I was not contracted and, as a consequence, I do not have on file any report which is even close to the dates you have supplied. That is why I think that perhaps there has been an error. You must have mistaken my much earlier contribution on the GNSO policy development process. As you are aware, I have moved countries in the last six weeks to take up my position as Senior Policy Counselor. My archived reports are in my computer files in Australia. I will try to locate the much earlier report as quickly as possible. Liz -----Original Message----- From: Michael D. It was only in October (3/4 months later) that your report was to be made public. As a consultant I am sure you kept a copy of any reports you were paid to do, at least that is what I do as a consultant. Perhaps these time frames could help you locating that work which you were contracted to do. Best regards, Michael D. There was no way I would have been in any condition to do this report. I will look in other likely places but, given that this hasn't come to light before, I wonder if this isn't an error? Kind regards. Liz -----Original Message----- From: owner-council@gnso.icann.org [mailto:owner-council@gnso.icann.org] On Behalf Of Michael D. In looking through the minutes of the GNSO Council call of 21-October-2004 (see http://gnso.icann.org/meetings/minutes-gnso-21oct04.htm) I noticed the following action item which I have reproduced below. d. Performance of the GNSO Council As regards the report on the performance of the GNSO Council that Dr. Paul Twomey had retained a consultant, Dr. Liz Williams to prepare earlier this year, a public version of the report will be posted by the end of October. In my research I was unable to locate this report. Could you or any of the other council member please direct me to where I can obtain a copy. I believe that this is an important background document in connection with the work that is currently underway. Best regards, Michael D. Palage
