[council] For your review - updated EPDP Phase 2 small team assignment form

Dear All, In preparation for the Council meeting, agenda item 8 – Whois Disclosure System Next Steps, please find attached the proposed updates to the EPDP Phase 2 small team assignment form that were developed in consultation with the lead of the small team (Sebastien). These updates aim to reflect the work the small team is expected to undertake now that the ICANN Board has directed ICANN org to move ahead with the implementation of the system and continue its engagement with the Council/small team.
