Again, as Jeff and i have both commented, I don't think that "identificaition of SMEs" is the way to go in connection with community consultation in the ByLaws Supplemental Recommendation process. I understood we intended to invite GAC designated leaders and to invite the ALAC to send participants (Justine of course and maybe others). Obviously other SOs and ACs have access to participate in the Small Team Plus because any member of Council is free to join the small team at any time. We are not really talking about SMEs here and this sentence should be revised to change "SMEs" to "*designated community participants*" or something of that nature. "The proposed work plan will then also allow starting the outreach to identify* SMEs* to assist with these deliberations."
