[council] Regarding the Board's process for reviewing the GNSO's policy recommendations on the Protection of IGO and INGO Identifiers in All gTLDs

Hello All, Attached are the slides used in the public forum yesterday. I edited the last slide to make clear that the Board may convene a meeting (in response to Jeff Neumann's question), and that ALAC would also be invited as one of the ICANN SO/ACs that had provided input on the topic (in response to Sébastien Bachollet's request).
