Dear Steve, Thank you for the Discussion Paper. I would like to note a correction to the bolded sentence in the Conclusion for greater accuracy: "In an effort to isolate the issue, the absence of *an appropriately chartered expert group* to perform the implementation work as envisioned in IDN EPDP Recommendation 3.17 seems to be the crux of the problem."
