I've been asked on another list where one can read this charter, which reminded me that I'd asked weeks ago and not gotten an answer. Searching the website yielded no clues. (1) The Board Governance Committee has recommended members of the committee - this needs to be ratified by the Board (or possibly the Exec committee of the Board on behalf of the Board). (2) The Board Global Relationships Committee (new acronym - BGRC) will finalise the draft charter. This charter will then be ratified by the Board. (3) I expect the membership of the committee and the charter to be published once finalised. Regards, Bruce Tonkin
