It looks like the Board punted this... yet again. http://www.icann.org/en/minutes/resolutions-25sep10-en.htm#2.11 Can't we just send them the letter already? This was my idea from the start. Call the WG closed, mark the interim report final and let's move on. Adrian Kinderis
