Hi Flip, I would certainly welcome Council leadership to weigh in if appropriate, but I will try and provide a response to your email. PPSAI is currently at the Implementation Review Team state, albeit in an on-hold status. At this stage, it is unclear what additional actions the Council might take regarding this topic. For the IGO Work Track, this is technically already initiated, in the sense that the Addendum to the RPMs charter was already adopted by the Council. However, given the changing circumstances, staff, in consultation with Council leadership have so far refrained from launching the call for volunteers / Expression of Interest for the Chair (which had been planned to take place just after ICANN67). If circumstances dictate that this project should be subject to more extended delay, it might make sense to add the topic into the planning document. Hope this helps provide rationale for why neither item was included in the draft project planning document.
