Tim I share your objective but not your strategy. Tim wrote: "I would simply like to make an informed decision when voting on requests for issues reports" This is the essence of our divergence. For the creators of the issues report concept, the issues report IS the mechanism for so informing. So that we can then make an informed decision on whether the issue merits a PDP or the waste paper basket. Grist to the mill for the new steering group on this issue. Philip
