Dear Councilors, As you may be aware, the GNSO is holding a working session on DNS Abuse at ICANN84. I have worked with staff to develop the attached draft agenda for the session. The intention when designing the session was to make it a working meeting, meaning it will not much on updates, outreach, or capacity building. Instead, it's designed to focus on 2 of the priority topics as identified by the Council's DNS Abuse small team and seeking to identify the goals/interests of the various stakeholders for those topics and if possible, identify likely points of convergence (or divergence). The goal of the session is to try and make meaningful progress ahead of the PDP, establishing a baseline for the WG's anticipated deliberations. As the goal is to make this a working session, please share the draft agenda with your respective groups, so they can come to the session prepared with their thoughts.
