Dear Greg At our latest joint meeting we discussed the deferral of the 3rd CSC Effectiveness Review. In principle we agreed to defer it for one-year and after this one year revisit this decision. We also agreed that we would work on a draft letter, to be sent by us on behalf of our respective Councils. Included is a draft for such a letter. From our end we'll tentatively put the adoption of the letter on our 22 August meeting agenda, of course under assumption the GNSO Council is supportive.
