This effort is critical to ensuring that the multistakeholder model evolves and meets the changing needs of the ICANN community. The Implementation Operations team is offering an up to 30 minute interactive update on this project, more specifically on the evaluation methodology, which is used to assess the current projects/initiatives that are supporting the multistakeholder model. The community-nominated mentor will be responsible for overseeing the mentor process. Communities may choose to appoint program alumni and are encouraged to appoint active community members who have an interest in mentoring students.
