Thanks, Bruce and others, for keeoing the council updated to avoid misunderstandings. Understanding the potential applicants' stress with time delays I can live with this approach. Like Chuck said, I also expect that the group's outcome will influence the council's work. So a certain kind of modus operandi seems to be needed.
