[council] Hotel locations in Delhi

There is a Google map with hotel locations at http://delhi.icann.org/hotels, but you should note that several hotels are in the wrong place. Specifically, the meeting venue is not several miles away from the ITC Maurya (where Glen said she had a GNSO block of rooms), but it is just down the street from the Maurya.
