Dear SG/C leaders, Thanks again for taking part in our call on the continuous improvement framework. You will find attached the update which captures the changes we discussed as next steps for your review. The council leadership's intent is to offer this under our consent agenda for the next call during ICANN 71. Any comment would therefore be welcome before the motion deadline, 4th June would be ideal. The changes we discussed as captured in the attachment are basically the following: 1) Standing Committee oversight model: Allowing SG/C Subject Matter Experts to assist the Council Committee in tasking and oversight activities, as well as specific Council Committee work items, 2) Initiation of a Pilot: Inclusion of a proposed pilot that will allow the Council and GNSO community to test out this framework to determine if it should continue in the same form, modified form or be discontinued, 3) Dependencies: inclusion of a table that for each of the work items identified indicates possible dependencies as well as expected difficulty, resource needs and duration which is intended to help inform future decisions on how/when to tackle these items. This is clean text but the amendments are quite straightforward I think, if you'd prefer diff marks let us know, those are essentially under 2.3, 4 and 5, respectively. Thanks.
