[council] Response to question from Council members about board deadlines for posting agendas

All, On the last call, Council members asked when the Board meeting agenda would be available and how far in advance of a face-to-face meeting is the board required to post its meeting agenda. I have been informed that the bylaws require that the agenda for board meetings be posted seven days before the board meeting. For face-to-face meetings the Board has agreed to post the agenda two weeks before the meeting. Thanks, Liz
