I'm not sure whether the discussion with the GAC is the appropriate time to discuss this issue, or whether it's something we should discuss with David Olive, but I'd like to understand the GAC's relationship with the Public Safety Working Group. I know that the PSWG is created under the auspices of the GAC, but I want to understand the relationship. For context, the PSWG has recently provided comments on two issues that I am aware of and on both occasions the comments were extremely late. Does ICANN give any preferential treatment to comments received from the PSWG because of their relationship with the GAC?
An update from the Board on the CEO search. In the context of the latest events between the Board and the CCWG, I believe the challenge for any new CEO just became all that much more difficult. Expertise in bridge-building and developing trust in the current environment is going to be super important.
For Theresa, I believe we asked her during a session with the GNSO some time ago for some indication of how they intend to manage all the moving parts related to WHOIS. I don't think we have received anything sensible: just a long list of projects with beginning and end dates although I stand to be corrected. Some kind of impact analysis that shows how one project impacts another and so on would be helpful.
