Colleagues, This is a request for an item under the consent agenda for the approval of the final report of the CSC Effectiveness Review at our Kobe meeting. The draft motion is attached. As you may recall our discussion during our Council Strategic Planning Session, this is a joint effort between the GSNO and the ccNSO. The rationale for a consent agenda item is that in light of the RT findings, the presentation of the initial report and the public comments received, this should be non-controversial. Given that the ccNSO is also expected to vote on this in Kobe, it’d be good to wrap this up before the IANA naming function review. You will note that there’s a placeholder for the link of the final report, to be provided in due time. The changes compared to the initial report are minimal and intended to accommodate the comments received. Happy to answer questions.
