Dear council members, Knowing that some of you have expressed concerns about the board and GAC sometimes bypassing the PDP process, I just wanted to give you a small heads-up that Robert Hoggarth's slides on GAC activities in San Juan included the point "GAC Discussion on the evolving relationships with ICANN Board and ICANN Organization".
