Thanks for those excellent suggestions Wolf. What do others think about this approach, which I would support as it sends a more gentle signal than simply "we're not going to attend"?

- communicate to ICANN that the council has some reservations regarding this meeting - if the meeting takes place you should attend - provide a comprehensive report to the GNSO weekend session
