On 18 January 2018, the ccNSO Council again discussed its participation in the review. Following this discussion, by 16 February 2018, the ccNSO Council decided not to participate in the RDS/WHOIS2 specific review. The ccNSO Council thanks the volunteers who sought endorsement of the ccNSO.
