[council] Apologies for discussion on the proposals to change GNSO processes

      Hello All,

Just a note to let you know that I am attending the Board's Finance
Committee meeting this morning, and hence was not able to attend the
session between the Board's Working Group and the GNSO at 9am today.

I will attend various constituency meetings over the next couple of
days, but feel free to give me your feedback directly.
