[council] GNSO Public Forum in Vancouver (Friday 2 Dec)

Hello All, I hope to provide some more structure to the GNSO Public Forum in Vancouver. I will post a proposed agenda for that forum, and aim to get papers available for each agenda item posted on the ICANN website in advance, so that the GNSO community can come prepared with input. We will of course still have an open mike component for any member to raise new issues for consideration as we have done the last two meetings, and also provide opportunity for each constituency to provide a brief report on the meetings held on Thursday.
