[council] HRIA for SSAD and ODA

Hi all, The Non-Commercial Stakeholder Group submitted the Human Rights Impact Assessment for ICANN’s System for Standardized Access/Disclosure (SSAD) and Operational Design Assessment (ODA) Recommendations to the Board this July.
